The Inside New Business Developer is a critical role within the EU FI&I sales team, sitting between our Marketing channels and the field based sales team, this role will segment, qualify and report on the increasing volume of touchpoints, inquiries and leads delivered through our numerous Marketing channels.

Agile and accelerated qualification of touchpoints, inquiries and leads is the foundation of this role, leveraging the many tools available to ensure thorough qualification and the creation of opportunities within SFDC. The Inside New Business Developer is an office based sales role, with a development path to a field based position within 12-18 months.

The individual will carry a personal quota for our lower value, less complex opportunities, as well as being rewarded for any qualified opportunity that ultimately is closed by a field based New Business Development Manager.

The role is predominately phone based and requires a unique skillset to be able to capture potential customer attention to build a relationship that leads to sales, also managing a high volume of daily telephone  

The Inside New Business Developer will be tasked with opportunity development of all ACI products and services to ‘New logo’ brands in target EU geographies. It will be essential to keep up to date on ACI products/enhancements, competition and industry trends. Maintaining account and territory records, updating management on activity and providing forecast data is also required.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy selling, are achievementoriented and believe in performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals. The ideal candidate is successdriven, fastpaced, and can effectively coordinate multiple internal stakeholders to build and deliver competitive deals. 



  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant sales experience.  
  • 3+ years of successful direct sales experience ideally in industries targeted by ACI (financial institutions, processors, merchants, etc.), preferably selling payments solutions. 
  • Hunter sales DNA essential.         
  • A relevant business network and a strong commercial drive. 
  • Proven deal closer, team Player and strong communicator.
