MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree Human Resources, Business Administration, or related area.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7 years benefits experience.
  • Benefits certifications preferred.

JOB PREFERENCES:

  • Ability to lead/champion benefits initiatives in a global organization. 
  • Ability to interpret regulatory compliance and knowledge of statutory requirements.

  • Business, analytical, and financial aptitude.
  • Results oriented, with the ability to prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines. 
  • Ability to use a personal computer with proficient skills in word processing, spreadsheet, database, email and other business applications.
