We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join us in supporting a team of over 200 young and dynamic ACIers in Timisoara, in implementing our talent strategic objectives.  Our ideal candidate is motivated by working in a global environment, has a strong record in overseeing technical recruitment processes, and solid knowledge of employee relations, total reward strategies and local labor legislation.


  • Oversees the implementation of global and local Human Resources programs in all strategic and operational areas, such as employee engagement, talent acquisition and development, total reward and much more.
  • Supports the local and global leadership team in managing team members in Timisoara, helps translate cultural specifics and legal implications of staff management.
  • Oversees the annual performance review processes, advises and supports the management in making optimal talent decisions.
  • Manages the preparation and maintenance of such reports as are necessary to carry out the functions of the department. Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment.
  • Develops and implements programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.
  • Participates in executive, management, and company staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminar

·        Understand and Adhere to all Corporate Policies to include but not limited to ACI Code of Ethics and Global Information Security.

  • Minimum Requirements:

    ·        Bachelor's degree Human Resources, Business Administration, or related area

    ·        7 years of work experience

    ·        3+ years of previous management experience


    Preferred Skills:

    • Strong communicator, fluent in English
    • Ability to work under pressure, negotiation skills and organizational savvy 
    • Team player & able to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships with clients/colleagues/suppliers at all levels
    • Local labor law knowledge
    • Customer focused
